Finally the interview for Oriental Daily with Kenneth and Selena has been out, they were interviewed on October 6th.

Kenneth Ma and Selena Li’s Mutual Connection

Kenneth Ma has worked with Selena Li and Kate Tsui numerous times and have played couples in series with both of them. Out of the two on-screen girlfriends, Kenneth admits that he likes Selena more, which he is driving at a “Love Selena, Drop Kate” operation.
Kenneth and Selena again played a couple in TVB’s [The Four]. The two have been paired up for over fives times and their cooperation cannot be less than him and rumoured girlfriend, Kate. Kenneth admits openly that he prefers Selena over Kate. He says Selena’s personality is fitted for his taste and her attributes are also fitted for his conditions of marriage.

Joe Ma paid for dinner with cast of [Easterly]

The night before last, Liza Wang, Joe Ma, Selena Li, Edwin Siu and other castmembers of [When Easterly Showers fall on the Sunny West] had a dinner together to watch the first episode broadcast on TV. Joe Ma says: “Only a half year after filming, the series already starts airing, so this time I have hopes for this drama, I hope the ratings will be more than 30 points. And I also hope to eat dinner together every week to increase our contact and feelings, even if I had to pay for the dinner, I won’t mind. (Will you pay this night?) Every person paid 100 HKD, while I and Evergreen Mak will pay the rest.” Liza Wang says frankly that she doesn’t know about the money paid for the rest, she laughs while saying: “He paid? Also good, because he ate more than me!”

On the other hand, Selena Li has a chance to win [Most Improved Actress] Award, a lot of people outside see’s her as winner, about this she says: “I’m very happy. Actually I have been nominated for the award for quite a lot of years, we’ll see if this year I’ll get it or not. This year four of my series had been aired, but Tavia Yeung is also very good, I hope that she’ll win [Best Supporting Actress] Award, so my chance will be a little bit bigger.”

Shirley Yeung see’s Selena Li as Most Improved winner

Shirley Yeung tried out sponsored clothing yesterday. She was often criticised for her taste in clothes. To avoid being criticised at this year’s TVB Anniversary she prepared her outfit earlier with her Management. She chose a elegant low cut sexy evening gown so that she could show off her good figure.

As well as her outfit, Shirley also went with Selena Li to a Jewellery company to try out 7 digit jewellery. They both like jewellery and can’t get enough of them. Afterwards Shirley said: “During the night I will be extra careful. I will be totally focused because I am very clumsy”. Although Shirley had prepared her outfit she isn’t nominated for any awards this year. She see’s Ha Yu and Louise Lee winning the Best Male and Female awards. She also see’s her good friend Selena Li winning the Most improved award.”

Selena Li said she would be careful with the jewellery. She smiled: “I don’t have money, if I lose them I will need to pay and I will be bankrupt.(Shirley see’s you winning the Most Improved award!) I will take it easy, but actually I have several series released this year. I hope to receive an award as an encouragement.” As for (Best Male and Female Awards) Selena said her choice is Raymond Lam, Michelle Yim or Louise Lee.
