December 24th, 2009 by LizzyFor now, 《公主嫁到》 official english name is [Can't buy me love]. Selena’s character is Yuen Siu Yuk (阮小玉), she’s ± 20 years old and is Gam Do Fuk (金多福)’s wife, who is played by Louis Yuen. Selena will start filming in January.

I’m back in Hong Kong now
Hi Everyone, I just arrived in Hong Kong!!!! I’m so tired because of the time difference. I woke up at 4am this morning. Hong Kong is soooooo warm compared to Toronto. I just came home from my salon “hair” to dye my hair black for my next drama. Tomorrow I will go to TVB for my next drama costume fitting and will start filming soon. I will also be doing a countdown show on new year’s eve! If you have no plans yet, come join us!!!

New blog post about oysters…
My First time opening oysters….
My friends cooked dinner for me because I will be leaving to Hong Kong soon. I bought a big box of oysters, 100 in total. This was my first time opening oysters, it was really difficult at first, but after a while it was quite fun. We only had 7 people, so we couldn’t finish all the oysters…had about 30 left over. But thanks to my Toronto friends, it was so much fun cooking and eating such a delicious meal!!!!

Just finished watching 宮心計…
宮心計 is not aired on TV over here in Toronto, so my mom had to buy the DVD to watch it. I just finished watching 宮心計 and I think it is very good. Everyone’s acting was great and the ending was bitter-sweet. I did alot of crying watching this drama and I think it really touched my heart. I will be coming back to Hong kong right after my exam to start a new drama produced by小青姐, so I am looking forward to working with her again!!! But I will not be back in time for the costume fitting though =(.
Also, Kenneth Ma and my TVB supervisor came over to Toronto for Miss Chinese Toronto, I took them out to go to eat and shopping! It was nice to see them here in Toronto! =)
The drama Selena is talking about is Mui Siu Ching’s ancient comedy 《公主嫁到》, which can be translated as [Here comes the Princess]. Other castmembers are: Charmaine Sheh, Moses Chan, Linda Chung, Kenneth Ma, Fala Chen, Raymond Wong, Susanna Kwan, Lee Heung Kam
